Kindergarten Teacher
Sariah Clark
Mrs. Clark graduated from Chemeketa with a degree in Early Education. She grew up in a Christian home and has dedicated her life to growing in her faith. Mrs. Clark has been at OCS since 2016, teaching Kinder for most of it, which she loves. She feels very blessed to have the opportunity to watch her students grow in all areas, including their relationship with Christ.

1st Grade Teacher
Lori MacCollin
With over 25 years of teaching experience, Mrs. MacCollin is passionate about shaping young hearts and minds in the classroom. As a first grade teacher and pastor’s wife, she strives to reflect Christ’s love and kindness in all she does. Prior to teaching kinder through second grade at Outlook Christian School, her experience includes Literacy Intervention, Kindergarten and Special Education.

2nd Grade Teacher
Trisha Burnett
Mrs. Burnett is devoted to helping children grow in both knowledge and faith. She has over 6 years of teaching experience and has been at Outlook Christian School since 2022. She loves creating a classroom environment where God’s love is felt and students are encouraged to shine for Him. Mrs. Burnett is actively involved in her church and finds joy in serving her community

3rd Grade Teacher
Paige Moses
Mrs. Moses loves helping children grow academically and spiritually while developing a love for learning. She believes every child is uniquely created by God with a special purpose and she feels blessed to walk alongside them as they discover their God-given gifts.

4th Grade Teacher
Katie Miller
Mrs. Miller has taught at OCS for three years. She received her bachelor’s degree from Corban University in 2008. In 2017, Mrs. Miller graduated from Pacific University with a Masters in Special Education. She taught Special Education for over five years before coming to OCS.

5th Grade Teacher
Isabella Boring
Ms. Boring joins us in her first year of teaching after obtaining a degree in Counseling Psychology from Corban University as of May 2025. Her experience working with youth includes coaching basketball and contributing to nonprofit initiatives that support young people. At OCS, she is committed to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students.

6th Grade Teacher
Erik Loreen
Mr. Loreen has been with Outlook Christian School for three years. He worked for ten years in special needs classrooms within the Salem-Keizer Public Schools. He specializes in kindness, clarity, and discipleship. He is known for humor and fun while teaching concepts to students. Outside of work, he enjoys table games, sound design, and worship with his church.

MS & HS Teacher
Jeff Bennett
Mr. Bennett has been serving in Christian education since 2007 and joined OCS in 2020. He teaches high school Math and History as well as other subjects, approaching education as a ministry to build students up in Christ and prepare them for God’s calling in their lives.

MS & HS Teacher
Jill Pfankuch
After a few years away teaching middle school at Hundred Acre Academy, Mrs. Pfankuch has returned to OCS. She has been teaching for over twenty years, including several years in kindergarten and elementary classrooms. Along with teaching, she is a certified USA swimming coach, a high school swim coach and a certified para swim coach.

Bible Teacher
Sheryl Mullin
Mrs. Mullin has over 40 years experience in both education and Marriage and Family Therapy. She is passionate about helping children, educating the whole child, and building a firm foundation in Christ.

Instructional & Administrative Assistant
Irina Thomas
From a very young age Mrs. Thomas always loved children. From babysitting younger cousins and siblings to teaching Sunday School and leading camps, God opened the door for her to be in education. After 7 years with Salem-Keizer Public Schools doing reading intervention and assisting kindergarten teachers in their classrooms, God opened the door for her to be at OCS. She enjoys serving OCS staff in a variety of areas from working with students to assisting with administrative tasks. Mrs. Thomas loves Jesus, her family, teaching and traveling.

Music Teacher
Christine Sinibaldi
Mrs. Sinibaldi taught elementary music in Salem-Keizer for 26 years. As well as choral development, her students were introduced to chimes, recorder, ukulele, drums, and keyboard. In 2017, she retired to focus more on her family but continued substituting, the last few years exclusively at Queen of Peace. With her youngest grandchild heading to kinder this Fall, she felt led to find a new focus and learned about OCS! God is faithful, and meeting OCS staff and families has been a huge blessing for her. Mrs. Sinibaldi is very excited to praise God with our kids through music!
